SHIPPING COSTS
(a) A flat fee of 25$ applies to all products that are purchased from us.
HANDLING AND DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
(a) Once you receive confirmation from us that we have received your order, we aim to deliver your order inaccordance with the following timeframes —— 5-10days
(b) We always aim for punctual delivery, however, there are occasions when orders might arrive later thanthe anticipated date.
For example, this could occur due to public holidays, extreme weather events, supplychain disruptions, unusually high demand, transportation issues, incorrect or incomplete shipping addressor a range of other matters.

We offer refunds, repairs and replacements in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and on theterms set out in this Policy.
Any benefits set out in this Policy may apply in addition to consumer's rights under the Australian ConsumerLaw.
Please read this Policy before making a purchase, so that you understand your rights as well as what youcan expect from us in the event that you are not happy with your purchase.
AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
(a) Under the Australian Consumer Law:
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian ConsumerLaw. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. lf a failure with thegoods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in areasonable time. lf this is not done you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contractfor the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion. You are also entitled to be compensated forany other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.
(b) We offer refunds, repairs, and replacements in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
(c) The Australian Consumer Law provides a set of Consumer Guarantees which protect consumers whenthey buy products and services.
(d) lf the Australian Consumer Law applies, then we cannot avoid the Consumer Guarantees which itprovides. lf there is an inconsistency between this Policy and the Australian Consumer Law, the AustralianConsumer Law will prevail.

(f) lf a product or service which you purchased from us has a major failure (as defined in the AustralianConsumer Law) then you may be entitled to a replacement or refund. You may also be entitled tocompensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage resulting from that major failure.
(g) lf a product or service which you purchased from us has a failure which does not amount to a majorfailure (as defined in the Australian Consumer Law) then you may still be entitled to have the goods repairedor replaced.
SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS
(a) in the event that a product you purchased fails to meet one or more Consumer Guarantees under theAustralian Consumer Law we will bear any costs of shipping the said product (the "Returned Product") backto us, as well as any costs of shipping any replacement product to you.
(b) lf the Returned Product can easily be posted or returned, then you are responsible for organising for theReturned Product to be returned to us. lf the Returned Product is eligible for a repair, replacement or refundunder the terms of this Policy (including under the Australian Consumer Law) then we will reimburse you foithe reasonable postage, shipping or transportation costs for the Returned Product.
(c) lf the Returned Product is too large, too heavy, or otherwise too difficult to be removed and returned byyou, and is believed to be eligible for a repair,replacement or refund under the terms of this Policy (includingunder the Australian Consumer Law), then we wil organise for the postage, shipping, transportation orcollection of the Returned Product, at our cost.
(d) in the event that we organise and pay for the inspection, postage, shipping, transportation or collection ofa Returned Product, and it turns out not to be eligible for a repair, replacement or refund under the terms ofthis Policy (including under the Australian Consumer Law), then you will be required to pay the costs of anyinspection, postage, shipping, transportation or collection of the Returned Product.

In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 13+ years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. Return and refund policy
For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following:
(i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased
(ii)The following products are not eligible for return: Workshop lesson.
Retention of right to change offering
We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
Warranties & responsibility for services and products
When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.
Ownership of intellectual property, copyrights and logos
You recognize and agree that by uploading any content (including, but not limited to designs, images, animations, videos, audio files, fonts, logos, illustrations, compositions, artworks, interfaces, text and literary works) through any means to the website, you confirm that you own all the relevant rights or received the appropriate license to upload/transfer/send the content. You agree and consent that the uploaded/transferred content may be publicly displayed at the website.
Right to suspend or cancel user account
We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these page periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.
Promotional emails and content
These Terms, the rights and remedies provided hereunder, and any and all claims and disputes related hereto and/or to the services, shall be governed by, construed under and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the internal substantive laws of VIC, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in VIC court. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded.
